Pressure doesn’t always leave when the moment is over. Stress can stay with us long after the deadline, argument, competition, loss or difficult season has passed.
It can show up as tension that won’t let go, a mind that won’t switch off, emotional overload, disconnection, or the sense that something is still sitting beneath the surface.
Breathwork gives you intentional space to stop pushing through, reset, and pay attention to what’s happening inside.
Clear guidance without vague or complicated wellness language.
A guided experience with preparation, screening and clear expectations.
Your experience doesn't have to look like anyone else's.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you begin.
You can start with curiosity.
9D Breathwork is an immersive, guided breathwork experience that combines intentional breathing with sound and other elements designed to support the experience.
Rather than sitting quietly and trying to figure it out yourself, you're guided through a structured journey from beginning to end.
Some sessions feel peaceful. Some feel emotional. Some feel intense. Some are quieter. The goal isn’t to perform the experience. It’s to create the conditions for you to breathe, be present and see what comes up.
You’re guided through the breathing technique from beginning to end, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
Headphones and layered audio create a focused environment with fewer outside distractions.
Ryan prepares you beforehand, stays present throughout the session and helps you understand what to expect before and after.
There’s no expectation to have an emotional breakthrough, dramatic release or any particular response.
There isn't one "right" way to experience breathwork.
Some people feel deeply relaxed. Some experience emotion. Some notice physical sensations, memories or thoughts. Others simply appreciate having uninterrupted space to slow down and breathe.
Space for stress, emotion and tension that may have been building.
An opportunity to slow down and feel steadier under pressure.
Space away from everyday noise to notice what you've been carrying.
Dedicated time to stop pushing forward and reset.
A chance to reconnect with yourself without needing to perform, explain or have everything figured out.
Your experience is your own. Breathwork does not guarantee a particular emotional, physical or mental outcome.

Ryan didn’t come to breathwork through the traditional wellness world.
His path has been a lot less linear.
Growing up, he was restless, impulsive and no stranger to getting himself into trouble. Over time, martial arts gave him somewhere to put that intensity. He spent years training and competing, eventually reaching the professional MMA level — an experience that taught him discipline, resilience and what it means to stay present when the pressure is real.
But being able to handle pressure doesn’t mean it disappears.Years later, during a difficult period in his personal life, Ryan found himself carrying more than he knew what to do with. Things he had relied on before weren’t creating the same sense of stability, and he began looking at himself, his patterns and what was happening beneath the surface in a different way.
That was when breathwork clicked.
It wasn’t simply relaxing. It gave him a way to stop, let some of the pressure move, and reconnect with parts of himself he had spent a long time pushing past.
The experience was powerful enough that he wanted to understand it more deeply — and eventually learn how to facilitate it for other people.
Today, The Reset Practice is his way of offering that experience without pretending life is simple, pressure disappears overnight, or everyone needs to become a different person.
Ryan’s approach is grounded, direct and personal. There’s no pressure to have a breakthrough or force a particular result. His job is to create a safe, well-guided space where you can slow down, breathe, and see what comes up for you.
Trying something unfamiliar can feel intimidating.
So the process is clear before you begin.

Get comfortable, put on your headphones and follow the guided experience. Ryan remains present throughout the session.
Settle. Hydrate. Reflect. Notice how you feel. There is nothing you are supposed to achieve.

Breathwork can be powerful and may bring up physical sensations or intense emotions.
That's why new participants complete an intake form and review safety information before participating.
Depending on your health history or circumstances, you may be advised not to participate or to speak with a qualified healthcare professional first.
You can slow down, return to normal breathing or stop at any point. Ryan is there to facilitate and support the experience—not force you through it.
